Maureen Ng | Instructional Design & Technology Gold Medalist
Maureen is an accomplished learning designer with over 30 years of educational leadership. Her expertise is anchored by a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology from the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, where she was a Gold Medal Awardee (2021).
- MOE Excellence: A decade leading staff development at the Ministry of Education (MOE) and serving as Senior Curriculum Resource Development Officer.
- Leadership: Former Vice President (Curriculum and Teaching) at an international education organization.
- Specialization: Expert in curriculum, assessment, and learning data analysis. She specializes in mathematical generalizations, UI/UX for digital learning resources, and prompt engineering for AI Agents to provide coaching feedback and storytelling with data analytics.
Helen Cheung | Expert Learning Designer
Helen brings over seven years of experience in crafting learner-centric training for both adult and student learners.
- Academic Excellence: Holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Design and Technology (2020) from NIE and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (2025).
- Specialization: Specialist in microlearning, scenario-based learning, and presentation design with technology. She focuses on enhancing engagement and retention through innovative facilitation design and storytelling with data analytics.

Dr. Gu is a distinguished expert in bilingual and bicultural Chinese education, renowned for pioneering AI integration in language learning. He combines academic rigor with innovative curriculum design and teacher training.
