• Institutional Details: If you are purchasing on behalf of a school or company, we may collect your organisation name and role.

B. Payment Information

All payments on our platform are processed securely via WooCommerce and our third-party payment gateways (which include Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, and major Credit/Debit Cards). We do not store your full credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Payment information is handled directly by our secure payment processors.

C. Learning and Usage Data

To provide our AI-powered study support and track your progress, we collect:

• Interaction Data: Questions you ask the AI, images of working you submit for review, and the feedback generated.
• Progress Records: Topic coverage, performance metrics, and marked attempts within your purchased books.

D. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and browsing behaviour on our site, using cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: To authenticate your account, grant access to your purchased books, and maintain your personal library across Learning Legacy and LearningFlow.ai.
• To Process Transactions: To fulfil your orders, process payments, and send purchase confirmations and receipts.
• To Deliver AI Features: To allow the AI models to analyse your submitted questions/images and provide accurate, subject-specific feedback.
• To Communicate with You: To send important account updates, notify you of syllabus refreshes (as per our FAQ), and respond to customer support inquiries.
• To Improve Our Platform: To analyse aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data to improve our website, book designs, and AI accuracy.

Important Note on AI Training: We do not use your personal learning data or submitted questions to train public AI models, nor do we sell your data to third-party AI companies.

Security is a core priority for Learning Legacy.

• AWS Hosting: Our platform and databases are securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilising industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
• IMDA Compliance: Our data protection practices are designed to be compliant with IMDA (Singapore) standards.
• Data Minimisation: We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.
• User Responsibility: While we implement robust security measures, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your login ID and password with third parties.

We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., AWS for hosting, WooCommerce and payment gateways for transaction processing). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Platform Integration (LearningFlow.ai): If you purchase resources that utilise the LearningFlow.ai platform, necessary account provisioning data will be shared securely with that system to grant you access.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

Under the PDPA, you have the right to manage your personal data. You can exercise the following rights by emailing our Data Protection Officer at contactadmin@learning-legacy.org:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may also update certain personal information directly via your account dashboard.
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for us to use your data (note that this may prevent you from accessing your purchased books and account).

Response Time: We are committed to fulfilling all access and correction requests within the PDPA-mandated timeframe (typically within 30 days of receiving your email).

Download Learning Records: As stated in our FAQ, our platform is designed to allow you to download and print your AI feedback and marked attempts directly to your personal device at any time.

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your login session, and ensure the shopping cart functions correctly. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website (such as the checkout process or account login).
