We do not store your full credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Payment information is handled directly by our secure payment processors.
C. Learning and Usage Data
To provide our AI-powered study support and track your progress, we collect:
- Interaction Data: Questions you ask the AI, images of working you submit for review, and the feedback generated.
- Progress Records: Topic coverage, performance metrics, and marked attempts within your purchased books.

- To Provide Services: To authenticate your account, grant access to your purchased books, and maintain your personal library across Learning Legacy and LearningFlow.ai.

- To Deliver AI Features: To allow the AI models to analyse your submitted questions/images and provide accurate, subject-specific feedback.
- To Communicate with You: To send important account updates, notify you of syllabus refreshes (as per our FAQ), and respond to customer support inquiries.
- To Improve Our Platform: To analyse aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data to improve our website, book designs, and AI accuracy.
Important Note on AI Training: We do not use your personal learning data or submitted questions to train public AI models, nor do we sell your data to third-party AI companies.

- AWS Hosting: Our platform and databases are securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilising industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

- Data Minimisation: We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law.
- User Responsibility: While we implement robust security measures, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your login ID and password with third parties.

Download Learning Records: As stated in our FAQ, our platform is designed to allow you to download and print your AI feedback and marked attempts directly to your personal device at any time.
